· When the prior two attempts failed, was called on for rigging expertise to install two all glass chemical reactors ($250k each and last available worldwide) capable of collapsing under their own weight when requirements necessitated horizontal movement during transport
· Designed a complete audio/visual security system as well as a computer-run tracking system
· Designed program, to client’s exacting specifications, for a stand-alone service monitoring system to track employees’ performance from remote locations and report findings to the main office via fax machine
· Trained management and hourly employees on proper disassembly, cleaning and re-assembly of machines
· Guided and mentored intern program participants

• Precision CNC programming and machining, including sensitive parts for the aerospace industry, with both manual, NC and CNC machine tools
